About the farm-
The Inzá municipality is located in the south of the Central mountain range in its eastern face. In conjunction with the Paez municipality they form a region known as Tierradentro. This region is still inhabited by the Paeces indigenous tribe which make up over 80% of the total population, with the rest being “newcomers”.
All inhabitants are dedicated to planting and working the land, with each of the 2662 people contributing to the economy and welfare of the region.
Grown in deep volcanic ash soil, the cherries are left to grow and dry naturally in the Colombian heat.
